About 242 MPH
I started 242MPH in the fall of 2011. Since that time, I’ve greatly enjoyed helping my clients reach their goals and achieve a strong marketing ROI. My client list has grown to include businesses outside of the motorsports community, and my social media expertise has helped me to establish a quality consulting option for businesses for all sizes.
The statistics books say that the fastest lap ever recorded by an open-wheel car on a closed course is 241.428mph. ‘Better than the best’ is what I aimed for when I started 242MPH.
For some businesses, it’s solely about a personal goal. For me, the focus is on the goals of my clients. As a client, what YOU want to achieve is my priority.
As such, a cookie-cutter approach to social media, PR and marketing just doesn’t work. Every organization is different. Therefore, each deserves the time, effort and appropriately-customized plan that will exceed expectations. That’s the goal of 242MPH.

About Monica Hilton, Owner/President
In 2009, I moved to Indianapolis. Small girl. Big city. Even bigger dreams. I didn’t choose Indy by throwing a dart. I came here with a very specific goal in mind: to work in IndyCar. I was driven by a passion that supports the old adage, “If you love what you do, you never have to work a day in your life.”
My goals were simple: make the right connections, get involved with intriguing projects and achieve great results so that when executives and key players needed the perfect person for their project, they’d think of me and be confident in saying, “She’s the one.”
As you’ll see from the Credentials page, my experience includes a little of everything: social media, PR, marketing, event planning, working with non-profits, blogging, etc. There are plenty of options and my goal is to find out what I can do for you. Take a look, ask questions and feel free to contact me. I’m hoping to show you why I’m driven to success.
